As reporting and research manager for Mercy Investment Services, Laurie Case has been the backbone of the shareholder advocacy team for five years. It is with mixed emotions that we share that Laurie will retire this month.
Since joining Mercy Investment Services in 2016, Laurie has used her creative problem solving and big-picture thinking to grow Mercy Investment Services’ shareholder advocacy reporting and data capabilities, allowing us to serve more shareholder advocacy partners. Laurie performed key research on issues that set the foundation for many company engagements. She also managed Mercy’s proxy voting and created a proxy voting audit process. Laurie’s extensive knowledge of and personal commitment to environmental sustainability helped inform and inspire our shareholder advocacy work.
We’re grateful for Laurie’s dedication and commitment to Mercy Investment Services, and we wish her the best as she spends more time with family, gardening, and weaving.
